CRIL playground is more than a large structure plopped in the middle of your play area. A good playground is designed to integrate dramatic play, open spaces for running, loose parts play, storage, nature areas, sand and water play, PLUS large structures to encourage climbing and gross motor development. If a good playground is all these things, then a good playground plan should provide more than an outline of a climber.
